Following services will be accessible after an unregistered SIM is barred:

1. Incoming SMS
2.  Call Center (786) – First 03 calls to the call center will be free of cost. From 4th call regular charge will be applicable
4. 2786- Re-registration support short code
   • Re-registration TPIN (Prepaid): Type ‘PIN’ and send to 2786
   • Nearest re-registration location: Type ‘LOC’ and sent to 2786
   • Self-number retrieval: Type ‘NUM’ and sent to 2786
5. Re-charge
6. Election commission short code 16103
7. 787 IVR to check balance

To complete the biometric registration process customer must do the following

The customer has to be physically present to register/re-register the sim

The customer has to bring/show necessary documents e.g. National ID and photos

The customer has to put fingerprint on the biometric system for the unique identification.
